We operate as an appointments-only massage lounge, ensuring that your experience is both unhurried and purposeful. You can log in at any time to view, manage, or reschedule your appointments.

Preparing for Your Visit

Arrival

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to allow time to settle in and set up your chair.

What to Wear

Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. Wear socks. Do not wear lotions, creams, or oils on skin that will touch the chair.

Cleanliness

Cleaning supplies are available. Disposable chair covers are provided for added comfort and hygiene.

Our Setting

Gravity is located within a professional office building. Keep voices low, silence or lower devices, and be respectful of shared spaces at all times.

Getting to Know Your Chair

Every session at Gravity is powered by our zero gravity smart technology massage chairs — designed to deliver a fully customizable, deeply restorative experience without the need for a therapist. When you arrive, simply set up your chair to your preferences, settle in, and let the technology do the work. Our team will make sure that all instructions and questions are thoroughly addressed, ensuring you have a seamless experience.

Do my monthly massages roll over?

Monthly sessions are designed to be used within the billing cycle. Book early in the month to get the most from your membership.

As a Charter or Elite Member, how do I use my 15% discount?

Your discount is tied to your Charter and/or Elite membership account and applies automatically at checkout.

Can I upgrade from Solo to Couples Elite?

Absolutely. Reach out through the website or speak with our team.

Is there someone at the suite if I need help?

Gravity is a contactless massage suite with no staff physically on site. Call us if you need to speak with a Gravity staff member.

What if I need to cancel my membership?

Is there parking available?

Yes, free parking is available at our Dearborn location.
